Monday I came home after the first day of my new job to TLMM putting the finishing touches on this! It was a breaded baked center cut pork chop, asparagus quick cooked in spicy spices and noodles with garlic and butter. Mmmm. It really was the best pork chop I ever tasted! I could get used to this...and the eggs!
